What is Lucy's Glitter Box?
A totally unique converted horse box turned photo booth, glitter station! Available for hire at events, promising to bring sparkle, excitement and joy.
Do you operate beyond Essex?
Yes! Please contact us to let us know where you're based and we will get back to you ASAP. There is an extra charge for events 25 miles outside of our radius to cover fuel costs.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable £100 deposit is required for all packages, this will secure your event date. Any outstanding balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your event date.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you have paid more than you're deposit price and cancel with over 8 weeks notice, the extra payments made will be refunded.
If you cancel with less than 8 weeks notice the percentage refunded will be reduced. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions when booking.
What happens if my event is postponed due to COVID?
If your venue is not allowing your event to go ahead then you would need to contact us directly and we would work with you to ensure, where possible, that Lucy's Glitter Box made it to your rescheduled date.
Can I hire the photobooth without the horse box?
Absolutely, if you cannot accommodate the horse box or prefer something for inside then our stunning sequin backdrop will be perfect for you. This is a great alternative if your space isn't big enough for Lucy's Glitter Box trailer.
Can I hire Lucy's Glitter Box without the glitter and just the photo booth, or vice versa?
Of course, it's your event so we want to provide exactly what you want! We have 3 different packages, Glitz and Picz (glitter and pictures), Glitz (just glitter) or Picz (just pictures), check out the 'Packages' tab.
What time can I hire the photobooth until?
Lucy's Glitter Box operates no later than 10:30pm, this is to avoid accidents within the horse box as people may be more wobbly on their feet later into the night, by then you should all be busting moves on the dance floor anyway.
